ICR's emergency service support is available day and night to help our customer with critical equipment failures. Our typical dispatch time is four (4) hours. Actual technician arrival time is based on weather, road conditions, flight availability, availability of appropriate skilled service technician and parts.

Our Field Service Manger receives real-time Field Service Requests via our on-line request form. This is the most effective way to provide detailed information regarding your emergency situation so that the appropriate personnel can be contacted to address your immediate needs.
